整個句式是一個習慣表達法，用以表示遺憾地必須地不得不地說出不好的事情，這個用法超重要，一定要會有。（注意這里的the 不可以換為a）

have to，表示客觀上不得不，必須；而主觀上并非愿意。注意，must,強調(diào)主觀上“必須”如：
