目前我有5個護(hù)膝，2條騎行褲。我簡單分享一下怎么區(qū)分，說說哪些好用，哪些是雞肋。常見的護(hù)膝有兩種:外護(hù)膝和內(nèi)護(hù)膝。內(nèi)部的插在騎行褲的預(yù)留位置，貼身，就是能穿能走，但是不夠舒服，褲子不夠時尚。

外部保護(hù)裝置不像內(nèi)部保護(hù)裝置那樣受到限制。你可以穿褲子，也可以不穿。本文主要分享外護(hù)膝。個人推薦選擇有CE防護(hù)認(rèn)證的長護(hù)膝，可以包裹小腿骨，提供足夠的保護(hù)。CE2比1具有更好的防護(hù)性能和更大的防護(hù)面積。

按價格來說就是丹尼斯，明星，Nev，motoboy。分別說說他們的優(yōu)缺點。

a的舒適度很好。騎自行車的時候很合身，完全沒有異物感。大洞很適合夏天。

體積小，柔軟度好，可以卷成拳頭大小，不占包里任何空間。夏天通勤用就夠了。

有兩種尺寸。你可以自己選擇。滿分5分，我給4分。

這四款車型中丹尼斯的舒適性最好。三個后衛(wèi)拼接在一起，走、跑、跳都很貼合。它們通過了ce1認(rèn)證。雖然沒有明星那么輕薄，但是穿起來也沒有太大的負(fù)擔(dān)。

可惜只有身材一般，腿粗/很細(xì)的兄弟姐妹才容易走路或者爆。最好試穿一下。綜合評價:5分

PS:我自己也經(jīng)常用這個丹尼斯，有時候真的會派上用場。去年，我下山的時候，犯了一個錯誤，溜出去了。當(dāng)我撞車的時候，我救了我的一條狗腿。現(xiàn)在是戰(zhàn)損版，哈哈哈。

Moto的沒有保護(hù)認(rèn)證，會動。不推薦。

Nev也是兩級結(jié)構(gòu)。蹲起來不影響，但是很重。走兩步就掉了，敲油箱直接負(fù)分。最搞笑的是你走路的時候敲膝蓋，發(fā)出piapiapia的聲音——————詳見視頻。超級搞笑。

推薦100美元性價比高的護(hù)膝

“廉價版丹尼斯”也不錯。來自日本的Komine也是同樣的原理，價格減半。

CE-2認(rèn)證，在大牌設(shè)計思路上降低了成本，在裁剪設(shè)計上也適合亞洲人，包裹性好，性價比高。

這個品牌can，成立于1947年，是日本常見的騎行品牌。

余也做了類似的支付。西游這個品牌給我的感覺就像一個摩托車百貨商店，以低價出售一切。雖然質(zhì)感差，但是都很有性價比。護(hù)膝護(hù)肘加起來才299?？赡苁窃O(shè)計師又清了，看起來沒那么低了。CE1認(rèn)證，市內(nèi)通勤，我覺得100%夠用，不錯的選擇。

如果你認(rèn)為西游的那套足夠好？不不不不。我還發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個性價比更高的:又是一個！眼鏡蛇KP01品牌也是國產(chǎn)的，但是知名度不高。在網(wǎng)上找到的信息源于20年7月Knight.com的一段種草視頻。創(chuàng)始人還從西游出來單干，很有勇氣！仿碳纖維外觀，磨砂質(zhì)感，外觀專利認(rèn)證，看外觀已經(jīng)甩了西游兩塊。

加上他的價格，真的很香，208的護(hù)膝，單護(hù)膝就138元。(哈哈哈哈哈我自己也講過種草，也買過一套，寫這篇文章的時候已經(jīng)有了。)

其實是很好的體驗。比丹尼斯的更薄更輕，蹲著很舒服。CE1認(rèn)證。搭扣設(shè)計方便，但不知道耐用不耐用。結(jié)合這個價格，我給它4分。
